Welcome to Heart Centre Healing

Heart Centre Healing was created with the mission to help people to find balance and healing through the practices of Reiki and Integrative Energy Therapy (IET). I discovered the power of Reiki after experiencing decades of stress and anxiety, resulting from various life experiences and traumas. About five years ago, I was introduced to holistic medicine practices and was completely amazed at how powerful and affective they were. It was life changing. After a year of regular Reiki, IET and hypnosis sessions, I decided to learn the practices, so that I could not only continue my healing journey but also share this beautiful experience with others. Healing both myself and others has been the most beautiful, fulfilling process and experience. Learning and growing in this space is a daily process that expands with every client interaction.
